Keelas September Points

I am doing protein only for this week so I wont get the veggies point. But I will next week! I am going to weigh in on Wednesdays.

9/3- 3 today was our day off so I didnt do as well!

  3. Wow!!! Keela! You lost 3 pounds!!! That's fabulous! I weighed and I gained 1.1 pounds. :o( I think it's because I ate a whole lot more sugar than I'm used to last week and had soda and dessert 4 days in a row. Hopefully this week will be better. Good job Keela!
